A New Partnership
Kristin Rapp, Founder & Executive Director of ArtPeace, wanted to share that “ArtPeace is thrilled to be a part of this successful yearly event! This is what we are about - showing off the work of young artists that also actively demonstrates to the entire community that people from all different areas of Greater Rochester – urban, suburban and rural – can come together in peaceful ways, through ART, which knocks over all boundaries. This is an opportunity for even the quietest or most misunderstood kid to share a piece of themselves in a painting that is hung in the gallery showcase, or for kids who are sometimes pushed aside to express in BIG ways through spoken word art, singing to a crowd of people or dancing! Shakedown is the essence of what ArtPeace is all about!” For more information about ArtPeace, visit their website at www.ArtPeace.org Definition Our event, The ArtPeace
